Press Officer, based at Blacks Head Office, Manchester
We are looking for someone to join our media team, working from our office at Bury but liaising regularly with all our team and Business Network. This enthusiastic and resourceful team member will focus on using the media to raise the profile of Blacks Brokers, drive visitors to the site, and enhance our reputation as the U.K’s number one broker, as well as launching our new charitable initiatives. They will also play a role in community advocacy, ensuring that the business develops and maintains good links with key local figures and organisations.
With a proven track record in news or PR, you will be confident in dealing with journalists from the national press, TV and radio. You will need a keen news sense, a proven track record in spotting and shaping stories and be used to working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills together with a flexible approach are necessary. A full driving licence is required.
Receptionist (2 Full Time Positions Available)
Ideal Candidate would have a background in a busy sales office. Must be a customer-focused individual with an outgoing personality. Key responsibilities of this role are to undertake clerical support to the sales team, primarily by efficiently matching applicants to businesses on the computer database, providing regular up-dates to existing Vendors, organising appointments and following up tasks in order to assist the sales team to sell our existing businesses.
