Well known in the area, the buyer is looking to carry on the great name and customer service that the previous owner built up over 20 years of operation! The business had gained a large and loyal customer base and has established itself within the local community as a reputable and knowledgeable supplier of aquatic livestock and accessories.
The large retail unit is well branded with plenty of signage on display and glazed frontage with offers and advertisements in place. Inside, the main retail area is impressively presented with many display aquariums, neon lighting and tiled flooring throughout. The ground floor displays aquarium dry goods, a rabbit and hamster area with livestock and goods, a reptile area with livestock and goods and a dog and cat area. All areas are presented well and are well-equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings in place. The lower floor houses a marine and coral room, a tropical and coldwater room and a display room for the sale of aquariums. Also, there is a workshop for the building of custom aquariums.
