Blacks Business Brokers is pleased to announce the successful sale of La Terrazza Ristorante Italiano, a long-established Italian restaurant in Rugeley.
Established by our client in 1997, La Terrazza developed an excellent reputation during more than 25 years of trading. The traditional Italian restaurant became well known in the local area, building a strong base of regular customers alongside excellent online reviews and an established online and social media presence.
Occupying a prominent main road trading position, the restaurant benefited from a busy location surrounded by a mixture of independent retailers, national businesses and local amenities. The area is well connected by the A460 and A51, with strong public transport links and parking available nearby.
The impressive and well-presented restaurant offered seating for up to 114 diners, together with a fully fitted professional kitchen and preparation area. At the time it was marketed, the business traded during evening hours from Tuesday to Saturday, providing opportunities for a new owner to develop the operation further through additional opening days and the introduction of a lunchtime service.
